Q. Are there any restrictions on what kinds of video and pictures I can submit?

A. Here's a list of the what NOT to upload:

Do not upload content that you do not own or have permission to use.
Do not include background music or sound effects that you do not own or have permission to use. Do not upload the same material more than once.
Do not include nudity/pornographic depictions/sexually explicit material.
Do not use profanity.
Do not use offensive or defamatory language or offensive/violent images.
Do not include advertising or excessive self-promotion.
Do not reveal personal information about self/others (such as phone numbers, addresses etc)

Q. What formats are acceptable for the audio, video and pictures?

Your entry must meet the video,audio or digital picture requirements - Audio: mp3, wav, realaudio. Video: mpeg, wmv, avi, mov, flv - 500 mb maximum size. Digital Pictures: jpg, gif, jpeg. - 25000 kb maximum size.




Q. How do I enter The VisionTV Christmas Contest?


A. You need to be registered and logged on the site first in order to upload your picture or video. Your registration and the uploaded media becomes your entry form. Once you have registered you will be sent to an Upload page. Just follow the instructions. Once you have registered you will be able to leave a "comment" in the gallery and post as often as you like.

Q. I entered a picture and a comment but did not see it displayed in the gallery?


A. Though we expect most entries will meet our guidlines we reserve the right to pre-screen all content (uploads and comments) prior to display on The VisionTV Christmas Challenge Gallery. We will do out best to get all approved entries posted ASAP.
